Evenflo Advanced SensorSafe Car Seats

Issue: Defective chest clip sensor
Hazard: Failure to alert caregivers about unbuckled seatbelts
Details: Over 18,000 units recalled. The safety sensor may malfunction, failing to warn when a child is unbuckled during travel.
Remedy: Consumers should stop using the seat and contact Evenflo for a replacement clip.

Fischer Stroller Toys (Several Toys)

Issue: Choking hazard

Good & Gather Baby Food (Pea, Zucchini, Kale & Thyme Vegetable Puree)

Issue: Lead contamination
Hazard: Potential developmental and neurological harm
Details: Approximately 25,600 units recalled due to elevated lead levels. Sold in 4 oz tubs with lot numbers 4167 and 4169, and best-by dates of December 7 and 9, 2025, respectively.
Remedy: Return to Target for a full refund.

Chews Life Silicone Rosary and Decade Teethers

Issue: Choking hazard
Hazard: Small parts can detach, posing a choking risk
Details: Recalled after reports of detachable parts.
Remedy: Contact Chews Life for a free repair kit.

Issue: Risk of collapse or tip-over
Hazard: Potential for falls and injuries
Details: Four incidents reported, including two injuries. Sold online at Amazon from March to   December 2024.
Remedy: Discontinue use and contact Blissful-Time for a free repair kit.
